Is there a minimum company size to use Digit Keeper’s services?

Nope! Whether you’re a sole proprietor or have a staff of 50+, we can help you manage your books.

My business is outside of California. Can I still sign up for a free month?

Of course! As a cloud-based business, we work with clients all over the country.

I don’t know what service level I need. Will that be a problem?

If you aren’t sure of exactly what you need, don’t worry. During the setup phase, we’ll get to know you and your business to tailor our services to you.

Do you charge automatically for the next month after the free trial ends?

No. We never charge trial clients without their permission. At the end of your trial, we’ll set up a meeting to review the work done and answer your questions to help you decide whether to continue working with us.

I don’t have QuickBooks Online or any of your other integrated apps. Will I be charged for those?

Good news! Every app and software platform we use is included as part of our monthly service at no extra cost to you.

Do you ever have access to my bank accounts?

Never ever. While we review your bank statements to reconcile your accounts, we never have access to your passwords.

If I decide not to continue, what happens to my bookkeeping records and data at the end of the trial?

If you decide we’re not a fit after the trial, we’ll transfer all records and data back to you via secure digital encryption. You’ll be able to continue the work on your own or transfer it to another bookkeeper.

Do you also offer tax preparation services?

No, we are solely a bookkeeping company. However, we can easily and securely share your bookkeeping records with your accountant during tax season and for timely financial planning.
